Bids for the Peninsular Peninsula pictures show a couple in a wedding show
Bids are closing in on the sale of the Penasquito Peninsula property to a couple who plan to build a home there, according to the local newspaper, The Peninsulacraton.
The buyer will be able to use the land to build their dream home, according the newspaper, which reported that the buyer is an investor in the property.
The property is located on the Peninsula, about 50 miles (80 kilometers) north of San Francisco.
The couple’s plans to buy the property from the city are in line with an initiative by a nonprofit organization, Save the Penosquito, to preserve the property and the region as a tourist destination.
The Penasquitos are known for their scenic beaches, beautiful waterfalls and natural beauty, which is a major draw for tourists and families visiting the area.
They are also home to the Penobscot State Park, which features a beach.
In 2014, the Peninsula was designated as a National Historic Landmark, and in 2019, it was named by the National Park Service as one of the National Heritage Landmarks.
